Overall, I am really proud to be working for Curative. With growth comes change and that can be scary. My supervisor does her best to communicate and be transparent. Also to encourage and assure us. I have unlimited DTO but told I can only take 3 weeks a year. not much of a benefit.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As a remote worker culture is difficult to comment on but the annual winter holiday event is nice. The communication with Curative Connect to keep everyone informed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing the goal is to provide affordable healthcare to people. That we are working towards a common goal. Knowing that the auths we are working on are for procedures and services that members are needing and understanding the timing on that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that when we are in the weeds or there are big issues that are causing issues within our department, the leadership will jump in to find a solution. My VP works nights and weekends helping with intake, reviews, letters. There isn't any job that is too small which makes me feel supported.
