I appreciate how open and transparent the leadership team is about company goals and decisions. It helps build trust and keeps everyone informed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work really well together and we all move fast! If we discuss a topic and have action items everyone works very quickly at completing their action items and thinks of alternatives or process improvements.
