Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As compared to other tech companies, I believe CureMD has to work on their benefit policies and has to make improvements. There are many benefits and perks provided by other companies even smaller than CureMD which should be aquired by the company. e.g, Fuel compensation, free food, overtime, etc.

No bonuses with mere salary given to employees, which are also doesn't match market salary.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Team members are supportive, help each other when other needs help, Team leads back team members and guide/train new member or anyone who need assitance. Team has very cooperative and helping environment within.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The candidates are asked to the point questions and the interviewers are very much focused on identifying the real potential of the candidates.

They made me feel comfortable first because I was nervous about it, naturally. They asked about my hobbies and listen to one of the poetry I wrote about mothers. It really helped to raise my morale and answering to their questions effectively.

HR department should has little less involvement in employee reviews and other relative stuff. Hire passion driven staff instead of money.
