Cushman & Wakefield Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

No metter how many benefits they give you if they are courupt leadership

As per market standards i am getting paid

Salario o pagas Cobertura médica colectiva Planes de pensiones Incentivos y bonificaciones Días extras de vacaciones Fondo de ahorro Programas de bienestar físico y mental Trabajo remoto Apoyo educativo Horario flexi

medical dental vision life and disability package

Nothing to compare with since my last job before joining the Cushwake family was subpar.

Review from Engineering Dept

Bonus potential and comprehensive benefits

I'm paid 10% as a recruiter

Ability to choose the medical benefits which best meet your families needs.

benefits were comparable to most

Standby pay is a big plus

I feel we get paid more than others

Working Hours are very flexible

Medical and term life insurance

Review from Finance Dept

I have the opportunity to make a bonus both tied to performance and company revenue.

I lapsed coverage because I was not properly I boarded

Review from Operations Dept

Fair and balanced. They really care about there team

Review from Customer Support Dept

Health Insurance is comparable to other big companies

Compensation is fair. Pay for performance

The bonus is the best part.

Review from Finance Dept

Having the ability to work hard and make more!!!

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yes and someone else always gets credit

They do not pay our mobile allowance

I didnt miss one day during covid and got no appreciation and i dont get stock options

Not being taken advantage of, having the support of HR or higher ups to prevent internal theft, instead of turning a blind eye

well, let's see my pay has dropped 75% in the last few years and I have 20 years at the company. This place is all about people stealing other peoples business and work.

Review from Operations Dept

Because manager berates me tho she knows nothing- and then when she finally figures it out and sees I am right she claims the credit for everything. Good work is not acknowledged but bad work or mistakes are never forgiven. No compensation could make this work environment better-rather be unemployed

Full annual raises not 3/4 , retro pay , better bonus compansation !

comparing to the market it is low

Review from Finance Dept

I said i wanted to work towards management yet nothunf is happening.

If it was based off individual work

It was requested experience, knowledge, degrees, and a lot of more about myself as a person, just to say that the busget was less that the HR informed me when I was contacted for the job.

Review from Operations Dept

I see supervisors depend on my skills far too often

The pay isn't commensurate with experience, knowledge, and success. It's difficult to move up.

For the work experience and work volume, the company seems to take advantage of low pay which results in high turnover.

Despite spending over a decade and being extremely loyal sometimes still feel that there is more to prove or path to cover.... recognition is missing

First of all there might be benefits that I don't have and most of our team is not aware of this benefits

Review from Engineering Dept

Letting us worry about doing right by the residents and worry less about getting them sued

Review from Operations Dept

Give right salary thats what i am asking. I am not even asking for give beyoond something even people are surprise seeing me doing well

I feel undervalued when we promote employee wages for unskilled trades but you dont bump the skilled workers who keep the facility functioning. Also Currently six months past our yearly raise and no hope of it being retro paid. Its a joke at best how can a company be so out of loop with its employes

Review from Operations Dept

I only have a payment, but we dont have bonus or other different compensation.
