I feel the most happy when there is positive callobarations with other contractors. Thankfully i have a great account manager the same can not be said about cw maintenance side of things. Truthfully shes the only reason im still here. If i worked on the other side of things id quit tomorrow.

Honestly I am ashamed to work here
Poor management in some areas
Better customer service, more supplies, stop neglecting tenants and get their work orders done before closing them
Unethical and discriminatory activities. Fire those in high places and restaff.
Not enough staff and the staff they do have don't like to work and it's difficult to get rid of people
Understand that maintenance is the backbone and every time you bring nonsense to an understaffed team to belittle us there is no motivation

Parking should be free or at least not $125 a month, hourly employees should be able to receive overtime pay. More staff to assist in the workloads, 1 person should not have 3 positions at the lowest pay rate. Remote positions should be an option especially for parents with small children.

Very rigid culture. Very little interaction outside of criticism. Long hours and little recognition.
