There's honestly not much interaction

Flexibility with family situations and remote opportunities when needed

I had 6 people in my interview...that was a bit much
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay isn't commensurate with experience, knowledge, and success. It's difficult to move up.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not enough staff and the staff they do have don't like to work and it's difficult to get rid of people
