No support from management, no supplies, and unrealistic expectations of production. All issues seem to stem from property manager's lack of concern for property or associates.

I really only needed to interview with the property manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its fairly autonomous, which is as good as it is bad.. many people take advantage of this.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better customer service, more supplies, stop neglecting tenants and get their work orders done before closing them
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Of the 10 people at this property, only one person other than myself works hard and is equally trustworthy.
