It has the potential to be a great company, I enjoy my coworkers, the coffee, the tea, I feel like I can never participate in the corporate events because my manager never does, so I still feel bound in an atmosphere that is so free in other departments. I wish I had the option to work from home.

Other departments have more mercy than asset services.

The people who are in the same category as you are typically more understanding than leadership's demands.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Some transparencies were shown. Some of the pros and cons were provided. The workload was not realistic afterwards.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some are more understanding of the heavy workloads. Sometimes the work is expected to be completed in unrealistic time frames.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We pay $125 for parking monthly and can receive $0 overtime. The work could be done at home and the compensation would make more sense.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Parking should be free or at least not $125 a month, hourly employees should be able to receive overtime pay. More staff to assist in the workloads, 1 person should not have 3 positions at the lowest pay rate. Remote positions should be an option especially for parents with small children.
