My experience is neutral as to the ability to do the best for my clients because of poor management.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have some great talent but it is not utilized by management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management cares nothing about its employees in the Property Management Division. Very poor Middle Management.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the clients I work with and try to serve them to the best of my ability.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are allowed to work independently but are not recognized for the job we do. It's like they don't care.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More knowledgeable individuals doing the interviews. Most are not qualified to evaluate a candidates ability to do their job.
