I find that the company works for me in terms of learning new skills and performing different work. I do not find that the company has a strong positive culture. If you are not a self starter who will reach out to people to connect you will be a bit lonely and lost.

People bring a wide variety of skills and have touched a lot of really interesting companies. They are also always open to mentoring and coaching.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The overall culture is positive and drives towards change and supporting clients. When you get down to office level - it is dependent on the office you are in and how well that culture is pulled in. Some offices are great, others really struggle and it can feel negative.
