Overall, there's not a lot of opportunity if you want to build a long term career - especially if you are located outside of the HQ office. Many of the processes and systems are super out dated and incredibly manual which opens up plenty of opportunity for errors.

There is a lot of camaraderie amongst teams but also the offices as a whole.

There's an overall lack of communication amongst departments and leadership. Everyone has different answers to the same questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees are asked to complete the work of not just one person, but often times 3-4 people while still being paid at the bottom of market rates.
