I was able to interact with most of the key stakeholder who allowed me to understand the ask, the challenges and the future. There was no surprises when I joined
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employee Focus and even though it is a fast moving company, we always look back to drop all the unnecessary process that we have gathered over the last few months and drop or change them to make it work in our favor.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is equally focused on the internal and external clients. It is a hard balance to manage but with a company > 4000, it is no easy feat. Growth is key to any company and for a double decade long streak, for the company, its clients and the employees, I am in awe with the leadership
