What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Money has been the ultimate goal

The company needs to be transparent about who makes the decsions with the members plans

Our patients love us, but dislike the corporate culture and depersonalization of CVS. Staff turnover is rapidly increasing and our patients just want someone they know and trust

Our registers stop working almost daily. We never have the people we need.

The stores need more hours to hire more people to support the stores. Some stores dont receive enough hours to have two people per shift. Most people know this and theft ans robberies are really high, then the store manager is blamed and normally they're working alone trying to do everything.

Too few hours for the amount of work that is expected. When you're allowed to hire someone it takes months to get them on board. You're typically expected to be at 3 different places simultaneously, especially since the start of Covid. If you fall behind District Leaders simply say "work faster."

They’re understaffed so the customers are not satisfied with the service and the employees get burnt out because they are overworked and stretched too thin and then not really appreciated

Management doesn't care about their employees anymore, they only care about numbers, and we are understaffed, overworked and they expect "above and beyond" when they don't seem to appreciate us enough.

Corporate management needs to get involved at store level and attempt to do what we do on a daily basis to understand our needs better, going on Undercover Boss would be a great start

Like I said in previous posts - the gossip needs to stop. This is the workplace, not high school. I shouldn't have anxiety about what's being said about me and hearing such mean things being said about my coworkers.

The company is just horrible to work for, the time management of interaction with customer coupled with the unbearable demand of filling prescriptions isnt doing able. The demands are unattainable. The health safety of prescription handling is ridicilous as well.
