We all need more efficient tools that give us access to information quickly without having to dig for hours through so many different systems

Coworkers need support from corporate as well as a living wage. They also need real training and to be provided with more hours to accommodate with burnout and call outs.

Our team is constantly back stabbing. I constantly hear "it is not my job or I am not paid to do that". Our team does not have respect for the manager or higher ups, therefore they do not have respect for each other.

Money has been the ultimate goal

The company needs to be transparent about who makes the decsions with the members plans

Our patients love us, but dislike the corporate culture and depersonalization of CVS. Staff turnover is rapidly increasing and our patients just want someone they know and trust

Our registers stop working almost daily. We never have the people we need.
