I feel the leader carries the biggest burden in ensuring every employee is effective, patients are satisfied, and the overall functioning of the company. This can be overwhelming, but the leader ensures eveyone is at thier optimum level of functioning leading to everyone feeling appreciated.

The discounts on automobiles is intriging.
im not in good position to decide but all compensation could be an incentive for the team
Base pay is good. Aetna benefits are the worst.
Overall it is fairly robust.

Present information to help keep the company aloat and provide knowledge to ensure employees are learnimg, allowing up to date care.

Although a little off putting at first, i ended up realizing that the virtual assessment was probably the best way to get the most accurate answers. I didnt geel rushed or targeted. It was a simple process.
