On a local level, excellent. At a corporate level, terrible.
The collaborative effort and the engagement with the broader team. I appreciate that they like to keep the team informed of coming changes, planning, forecasting, etc. They also do a great job of motivating and developing colleagues.

Base pay is good. Aetna benefits are the worst.
Overall it is fairly robust.
