Coworkers need support from corporate as well as a living wage. They also need real training and to be provided with more hours to accommodate with burnout and call outs.
Our team is constantly back stabbing. I constantly hear "it is not my job or I am not paid to do that". Our team does not have respect for the manager or higher ups, therefore they do not have respect for each other.

I've contacted the ethics line and spoken to the pharmacy manager about a problematic coworker and no resolution or accountability have came from it. Nothing. This coworker gets away with everything and put more strain on everyone else.

I've been here a few years, so it's been awhile since I've gone through "new hire", but internal "promotional" hiring interviews seem to be nonsense, since they typically seem to pick their favorites that are in a "click" with certain other individuals.

The stores need more hours to hire more people to support the stores. Some stores dont receive enough hours to have two people per shift. Most people know this and theft ans robberies are really high, then the store manager is blamed and normally they're working alone trying to do everything.
