Honest, transparent communication and truly caring about the employees doing the work. Employees aren't just a number or an overhead expense, they are the company.
I dont even know who they are
Leading in general and valuing good workers, not just the yes men.
Pay over $20/hour for the amazing employees that don't ever miss work or deadlines over 10 years.
Not alot of productive meetings and trainings

Training is not very positive

Seek out quality employees that don't waste time & meet deadlines consistently. Track progress of projects or amount of work completed compared to other employees. Promote the individuals that exceed expectations.
