I've worked with really great people here, but unfortunately I've also worked with some very petty, rude and disrespectful people too. Luckily I get to work from home the majority of the time now, so the cliques and pettiness don't matter any more.
Able to talk directly to my manager. Even if she has no pull with her boss.
the culture is very much work-life balance. It's very flexible on hours and location you work. I've logged in from home while I've been sick, my kids are sick, snow days or just to be able to work in my pjs from comfort of couch, as long as you get your work done. Every department is diff though.
I love my team that I work with
Training is not very positive

Simple and explained everything during the process.
It was quick and easy

Seek out quality employees that don't waste time & meet deadlines consistently. Track progress of projects or amount of work completed compared to other employees. Promote the individuals that exceed expectations.
