Everything so far has been amazing. The work from home budget has enabled me to create an extremely productive space. The wellness budget is allowing me to live a happier and healthier life. And lastly, my salary will enable me to focus on my future goals.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued every day. The company has allowed for me to grow exponentially since I started and I'm grateful for that opportunity. I lowballed myself coming in and now wish I had asked for higher compensation because my responsibilities have grown considerably.
