The managerial staff needs to be updated
the company has filed bankruptcy and its putting a lot of people out of work. also, I still haven't been paid for the past month of work I have done.
For the love of god you can pay better. You claim record breaking profits while some of your employees are on food stamps you should feel ashamed but as a corporation you have no soul or ability to feel guilt for your exploiting since you think of it as smart financial choices.
Pay more, balance hours, give proper hours, and enough time to train before thrown into the chaos.
Known as a fast yet unreliable chain. Has a negative social media presence due to an unhappy client base. At the same time, there's a perception that because this is bridal, we can work miracles. We are so overworked we can barely help ourselves.

Listen to the people actually in your stores running it! The District or Regional Managers don't even know how to ring people out or even use the computer system. Also dont over schedule us for gaps in the team because so many people have quit and then write us up for not hurting productivity

Most imporant: better training is needed. We get a lot of new employees, and many often quit after a week or two saying they feel undertrained for what they are expected to accomplish.
