We had a great team but once the new manager started most people left the job.
Most of us work well together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Excitement to see the customers to come in and be able to find the gown they are looking for. That's great
Two people were really nice the rest were judgmental and very gossipy including management.
The positive thing was how well most people interacted and how as a team we treated the customers and ensured that they had a great experience.
The alterations lead is very sweet and easy to get along with

The interviewer made an effort to listen to me and connect in a way that I knew she heard me and appreciated what I had to say.
