I'd say it is a very good company overal but it does protect minority employees or women as much as they claim they do. There is lots of lip service and internal PR , and some good done to promote the idea of DEI, but when it comes to facts reality does not match optics. They thave a long way to go.
I'm glad to be employed, but I can not stand taking orders from Ms.NB. She blames everything on everyone save herself.

Right hand does not know what the left hand is doing A lot of young people that are totally clueless how to run a company. Too many managers that are on power trips that love to Micromanage. If you are not part of the "click" they will make your life miserable there. Very Toxic
I work in store with ugg and the manager team is so unprofessional and unprepared that it has created unsafe work conditions for the staff at our location. Also our manager penalizes us for his forgetfulness or his mistakes. So its really an unfair work environment.
