Degreed Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The monthly wellness benefit which can be spent on anything wellness related

Too much to say, but the benefits are really comprehensive, especially for a company of this size!

Enjoy the learning stipend .

The learning budget that can be used for any kind of learning.

It is competitive to the market.

Pay is good, Flex Ed and unlimited PTO are great. Very happy with it all.

Other tech companies in the SLC area are upping the game for salaries, so while there is still a difference between a CA and a UT salary, the gap is closing and Degreed needs to keep pace.

Work / life flexibility

Fair salary and 10% commission on sales is fair too

The monthly learning budget

Superb company .. the key asset of this organization is the people and the empowerment given to the people to perform...

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
