Some of Degreed’s leadership is great, while others are touted as “best in the industry” but I’ve seen reasonably offensive instances of major oversights, lack of empathy, lack of structure, micromanagement, and interest in only their own teams/priorities.
Great leadership.. its always important that one back the other and that's how empires are built...
