Marius Haas — President and Chief Commercial Officer at Dell Technologies

Mr. Marius A. Haas has been the President and Chief Commercial Officer of Dell EMC since September 2016. Mr. Haas served as Chief Commercial Officer and President of Enterprise Solutions at Dell Corporation Limited since August 2012 until September 2016. Mr. Haas serves as Chief Commercial Officer of Dell Technologies Inc. and has been its President since September 12, 2016. Mr. Haas served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at ProCurve Networking, Inc. of Hewlett-Packard Company since June 2008. He joined Dell in 2012 from Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. (KKR), where he was responsible for identifying and pursued new investments, particularly in the technology sector, while also supporting existing portfolio companies with operational expertise. He joined Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (also known as KKR ), as an Industry Advisor to the Technology Group in 2011. Prior to KKR, he served as Senior Vice President and Worldwide General Manager of the Hewlett-Packard Company and also served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development until June 2008. He served as the Chief Strategy Officer and Global Head of M&A at HP. He served as Head of the Networking Business at Hewlett-Packard Company until June 2011. Mr. Haas held a wide range of senior operations roles at Compaq Computer Corp. He has been a Director of Westlake Chemical Corporation since January 2018. He served as a Director of AirTight Networks, Inc. He also served as a Member of the McKinsey & Company CSO Council, the Ernst & Young Corporate Development Leadership Network and as a board member of the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals. Mr. Haas has a B.S., B.A. from Georgetown University and an MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.
