
With a large portion of our employees working in a flexible work arrangement this can depend. Most people I work with are working remotely or from home 2-3 days a week. Which is awesome for many people that need flexibility. There are, however, some teams that come into the office more frequently.
Still some giant cube walls but starting to open up. The vibe is still a bit dead unless you are on one of the open floors.
Couldn't tell you I've only been in a Dell office 4 times in the last 5 years. I support customers at their locations.
Cool and relaxed of course if you’re in sales it can get stressful at times especially close to the end of the quarter.
Friendly, I work at remote sites though only rarely visiting and office.
