
The mba cohort is usually smart and driven. At the director level most are hard working and invested in Dell but some get their eyes all glossy focused on moving up at the sacrifice of developing their people. At VP level in general apathetic to the lower rungs- they should give more of a shit of the daily issues the bottom managers have and figure out how to drive more scalable value out of them. There are a lot of capable and intelligent people working on the wrong business problems based on what their core skills are... leads to incompetency and lower morale.
Awesome! My co-workers are one of the top reasons why I remain at Dell for over a decade. Smart, accountable, hard-working, dependable - those are just a few words to describe my co-workers.
It's a mixed bag these days. It used to take a college degree to work in sales. Now, I don't even think you need a GED.
Mostly good people. There are some odd personalities, but it is a cross-section of Americana.
