What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Middle Management need to grow a spine. Executive management need to come out and deliver furniture for a few days. It's a well known fact that the company has exceeded its budget, and it seems the blame is being shifted onto those at the bottom whilst the decision makers get a bonus.

The leadership does not have accountability, they sweep things under the rug and do not follow policy.

Must get better with communication and caring about the employees. Employees are last on the list of factors for running a successful business.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Better basic salary in line with other depots. Overtime at more than flat rate. We would appreciate an understandable answer as to why we owe the company 7 bank days a year. We can no longer get points on our fuel purchases. Basically denying us the 1 free coffee a month.

The work is stressful, supervisors are after their own agendas that make the job harder. Raises are far and few in between, they promote friends despite not being qualified. They need to clean house the program directors have no idea what they are doing.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Coworkers are run down and do the least possible to get through the day. They do not believe in team work and want things done for them.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Equal pay between depots. Less nepotism. Seriously looking at management's abilities and getting rid of dead wood.

Supervisors and Program Directors only care about numbers and do not care about their employees.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

A paid trial day for applicants.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Dfs care less about their customers than they do about their staff. But they don't care, because if you want a sofa you buy it from them or one of their subsidiaries.

There is no accountability starting from the top of the Department. Supervisors do not have repercussions for the way they treat their employees. There is a high turnover rate due to the way the supervisors treat their employees.
