Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

This reviews been done as family member situation also upon talking/feedback from multiple staffs from DHL in Ponders Ends - Enfield area. Due to GDPR - name of managers and staff has mention even though they were nasty . DHL has the worse management and staff approached. Their staff was not trained

Concerned about fair compensation & workload balance. Equal pay for equal roles & fair distribution of tasks is crucial for morale and productivity.

seriousity , fairness , no lies and more

Use compensation from Tech Industry.

fair and equal treatment from managers

For the work and dedication that is done it is only fair that compensation matches the same energy. Before the pandemic pay was ripped away. Team members were more motivated, came to work and more work was done/completed

I feel like in other Country i would've made way more

Competitive pay for the job description.

So the only reason that I work is so that I don't have to turn to a life of crim that but I just want fairness an to be a part of the company like being made permanently employed an not work for a contractor been with the company for almost 15 years but never permanent an that is all I want

Pay according to your skills, education and experience

They try to right you up.even if you been thier for only a month with hardly any training.

20.00 an hour would be good

I have never received a paycheck!! Still waiting

Review from Operations Dept

compare to other companies our salary scale is low

As leads, we do the work meant for supervisors, yet we are paid so little.

The opportunities are not based on qualifications but solely on the relationship you have with management, it does not matter if you work hard, you wont get promoted unless you are pals with the mangers. Supervisors they don't have voice to offer when a promotion is reviewed. pay is not good either

Review from Operations Dept

Getting paid would be nice! The last pay period they didn’t pay me so cut me a check for not even half of what I was owed. Now today is payday again and again I didn’t get paid! I just wonder if owner is aware of this problem? Several employees are going to quit. Supervisor not turning in time w

Review from Operations Dept

I was laid off in 2009 and never received a callback despite declining a buyout. I gained employment elsewhere after being laid off and recently returned ineligible for many of the benefits I had accrued with fourteen years of service.

Review from Operations Dept

during peak periods, i as a fronline customer service agent do not get compensated for the exhaustion of mental health from listening to complaints and angry entitled people

my opinions are not taken into consideration most of the time
