less than average when it comes to competitive pay, especially for the tech bubble locally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with smart people from whom I can learn a lot. It's awesome.

My manager works to make every team member feel valued.
It is positive because I make it positive... We mostly work remotely.

Test people's skill level not just hire randoms

When I can do something that makes the customer's life easier.
