Good compared to the other hospitals I've worked for (6 hospitals). Glad we are unionized orherwise patient safety, pay, and work environment would be a lot worse.

We all work hard to take the beat care of our patients.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have a pension which most hospitals don't have. It's not much, but better than nothing.
What makes you most happy at work?
When the patients are relatively stable and there are no crisis during the night ( I'm a night nurse).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers and myself work as a team. There is always someone willing to jump in and help when things are going bad with a patient.
