DIGNITY HEALTH Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People wanting to help others!

The workers are like family. Management is toxic.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I see a lot of diversity in the company and opportunity to cross-train and grow in different areas that help us to know if there is an area that we work best in and can become more educated to advance.

Review from Admin Dept

The most positive thing would be the way we treat our patients. The clinical staff goes above and beyond to create a comfortable and safe place for our patients.

Working together as a team

Some of the frontline staff and patients

Teamwork , positivity, communication, diversity, and creativity

Review from Admin Dept

They hang signs and banners telling us to take care of ourselves and each other but don't give us more pay as inflation rises nor more PTO to hahe time off.

I have no idea about this question

My coworkers and myself work as a team. There is always someone willing to jump in and help when things are going bad with a patient.

There is nothing positive i

Diverse culture environment and we all get along like family.

Review from Operations Dept

Teamwork is important. My doc pushes us

Review from Customer Support Dept

My coworkers are close and encouraging

The team work encore in helping patients

The most positive thing about the environment at my job is that most of the time people fake their feelings to always pretend to be happy and in turn we pretend to be happy too

Needs 100 percent overhaul with leardership supporting director: all on the same page

Diverse management team with cultural competency and people who really practice what they preach.

They need to better meet the needs of the nursing staff to retain experienced nurses.

It's clear that you are just a cog in the wheel here.

Get rid of ol' school foreging nurses that are dangerous and dangerous to aptients

Management. Need a bigger hospital and more help.

Start listening to employees and front line supervisors.

Review from Operations Dept

When you focus on money in healthcare you will lose focus on providing you patients your core values and mission statement.

Review from Operations Dept

Fewer IT managers would solve a lot of problems.

Review from IT Dept

Start at the top and replace the executive team

Need to get rid of the people who have been around too long and can’t adapt to new technologies or more efficient processes. They are holding us back.

Review from IT Dept

Everything is top down and key players not involved in decision making likely to reduce costs.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Employee appreciation., night shift recognition. Incentives. Bonus,
