Long hiring process. Remember it's not about the interview it's about the job getting done once they're hired.

The interview felt like a conversation between friends. The go slow so you don't feel rushed to answer. They also allow you to dive into as much detail as you would like and are overall very friendly.

The director was personable and easy to talk to. I was impressed with the questions she asked.

Interviewer to understand the work flow and barriers

They should advertise pay upfront

Getting HR to pass on your resume to the department instead of kicking it out without the department that has posted the position even seeing it.
