They listen to the employees concerns and try to resolve any issues; moreover, try to make a change in culture if there is room for improvement.

Supporting staff. Listening to concerns
Supporting nurses. And providing updates on leadership roudbing
They are absolutely terrible. They get bonuses based on how much money they save on their budget which results in them making 1 CNA cover 30 patients, not purchasing new chairs for staff to sit on when all of the chairs are broken, not ordering basic equipment like vitals machines for patient care

No one is interested , the leadership team appers in their own bubble
Because upper management/executive leadership spends little time with the employees, it has led to an eroding of trust among the labor force. Image management appears more important than actual action that includes employees, especially the experienced workers who may express differing opinions.
Everything, try to care even a little about healthcare workers
Improving the retention of experienced registered nurses. Leadership is NOT at the bedside - they have no clue what us nurses do and they consistently undervalued the RNs.
Not friendly leadership team .
Short staffing should be their primary concern
Taking care of staff through benefits and pay. All the experienced staff is leaving and being taken over by travelers who get paid more for the same work.
Making rounds, meeting with individuals the supervise ang generally make themselves available
I think my supervisor has a personal issue against me and is trying to get me fired
Getting staff the help and supplies they need. They are creating a toxic work environment.
Listening to employees. We are your eyes and ears to the real problems.
Review from Operations Dept

I think that every month, Leadership should talk to everyone in a specific department, and get real feedback. Instead of just communicating with management.

Upper management needs to support front line leadership and employees.
