What are some of the best things about your team?

The best thing about my team is the way we support each other through tough shifts. Despite being understaffed and overwhelmed, we work together, communicate well, and lift each other up. The teamwork and compassion among coworkers are what keep this place running.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Co workers have all quitely quite-they smile and nod their heads as to what to do but do not compleate work assignments as instructed

Be better at their jobs and more flexible. Being a team player,

They could work on how they approach people.

Many of the young nurses are more focused on doing things fast, not good. That is a partially the reason that our infection rates are high.

There is piss poor communication, and no follow through. When the work is done, quality is lacking

More support from admin staff

Speak english stop lying and falsifying documents

Have respect for one another. Just because you have a degree does not make it ok to talk down to a anyone! Be kind!

They need to be mindful of their coworkers and help each other out. My coworkers are very selfish and try to do as little work as possible which in turn creates more work for others like my self. Some employees can leave to hang out with their significant others on the clock and no one says anything
