They should advertise pay upfront

More PTO, more money. Full time should be 32 hours per week.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Taking care of staff through benefits and pay. All the experienced staff is leaving and being taken over by travelers who get paid more for the same work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They hang signs and banners telling us to take care of ourselves and each other but don't give us more pay as inflation rises nor more PTO to hahe time off.
