What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part would be the health benefits. We get UMR insurance and it is very good.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like how easy it is to talk to them and how I feel like if anything were to go wrong I could rely on them.

What makes you most happy at work?

I am most happy when a patient tells me that I am doing a good job and is appreciative of the work that I am doing for them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The most positive thing would be the way we treat our patients. The clinical staff goes above and beyond to create a comfortable and safe place for our patients.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview felt like a conversation between friends. The go slow so you don't feel rushed to answer. They also allow you to dive into as much detail as you would like and are overall very friendly.
