I was tested on basic knowledge, and felt it was very fair
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although we get paid more than private offices, Kaiser, NorthBay, and Sutter pay significantly better
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is changing pretty constantly. But we got a new manager a few months ago who actually listens to our concerns and suggestions. He is great.
