We have always been under valued in our dept, we also don’t get productivity hours for a lot of the jobs we do, becau

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They need to be mindful of their coworkers and help each other out. My coworkers are very selfish and try to do as little work as possible which in turn creates more work for others like my self. Some employees can leave to hang out with their significant others on the clock and no one says anything
