What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is passionate about making a difference and enthusiastic about the future of Diligent. They work really hard but they are incredibly supportive along the way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team allows us to take risks, to make mistakes and to pivot quickly if we do - encouraging us to learn along the way. While they press us hard at times, they do express appreciation for our work and give us additional breathers with ad hoc days off and no-meeting days.
