My base to bonus ratio favors base, which is nice for my quality of life.

Leadership seems to genuinely care about our company's posture toward ESG and DEI&I. The culture celebrates employees for who they are authentically.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team has a great teamwork dynamic where we can brainstorm and collaborate on projects, making work fun and helping push ourselves to be ambitious.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Brian, our CEO, is involved, accessible, and actively seeks out feedback from various levels throughout the organization. Leadership also is responsive to employee feedback and conscious of our role in society as a corporate entity, which is exemplified in programs like DEI&I.
