The company claims to be accommodating for all races, orientations and religious beliefs, however, this is farther from the truth. If they created a scheduling that accommodated all beliefs that would be great.

Constantly held accountable for things out of our control. Call centers that actually speak English and listen to the customers problems and address them not force sell them.

My company needs to focus on technicians because they are the face of the company. We install customers and make the company money. We shouldn’t be nicked and dimed for everything. Making us happy shouldn’t be a problem for anyone maybe 401k should help

With Mastec, every 2 years we get a paycut. The best improvement for AT&T / Directv would be to remove Mastec and hire us directly at an hourly rate. I love my job however I'm fed up with making less and less. I have 10 years experience and I'm excellent at doing it.
