How's the morale at Dish Network?
It can be tough on some days, Your tired , customers beating you up. Over all, your being paid well and most customers are happy to see you. I always tell myself, customer like to get upset at you, it's not you. It's the tv not working and your the one there to fix it. Have tough skin and I always tell the customer, give me a few minutes and I'll have you back up and running. Then I'll get you a credit for your loss of tv service. That always brings a smile.
