Meetings gives our team a chance to ask questions and speak of experiences in a private, safe setting. I always take away something new to use with my next customer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management was organized, weekly sales goals measured vs monthly which was extremely motivating and an upbeat atmosphere. Dish transitioned well for Covid-19 by getting our entire call center to work-at-home in a efficient manner.
What makes you most happy at work?
The management gives me positive reinforcement, my pay demonstrates my efforts, and I enjoy the independence of problem solving with customer following certain parameters giving me time to use my rapport building and problem solving skills.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Dish environment in the retention center is a positive and upbeat environment with management and coworkers all working seamlessly together. Quality assurance keeps employees following proper business procedures which I find important, so the customers and employees know what to expect.
What did you like most about the interview process?
During my interview, I enjoyed connecting with the hiring manager and demonstrating to him my ability to sell. He also gave me the opportunity to listen in with an agent on her calls, so I know what to expect and how I felt about this position. I was very secure that I found the perfect match.
