Enjoyable, but there needs to be more communication.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The higher ups make an effort to make sure the employees are comfortable and have things to do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are paid well, and the pay differential means I can actually earn quite a bit more than my base salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're great people! Because of the nature of the work we're not really competitive, so we are able to be friends.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can't speak for the higher ups but my direct leaders are extremely knowledgeable and are dedicated to helping the people they are responsible for.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Dish needs to be a little more transparent about what their long term plans for the company are. While I have very good short term job security in my current position, because of the changes being made I'm afraid by position will be made obselete
