My leadership team are the dispatch team. They are cool people to work with.

I like that I'm not bothered constantly. They all let me work at my own pace.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't really have an environment since I'm a technician that gets sent to houses. The customers houses are my environment and being outdoors on roofs. It's a neutral environment. Depends on the customers.
