Engaging with employees. Not treating them like numbers. Looking beyond numbers and what drives numbers.

They are overly sensitive and HR as well as QA is severely out of touch

You can make common connections with some of the people you work with. There is opportunity to develop new skills.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More often than not there is a fear of termination due to the support and training that is provided. They can set you up to fail. When you are self sufficient and are capable it is frowned upon.
