Nothing They didn't even discuss my Pay Rate I didn't know how much I was going to make untill my first paycheck

Everything Start Treating your techs better This Company try to put fear in workes if you don't sell you don't have a job and Managers are very disrespectful to Techs,And Start Paying Techs For Sales technicians are not Sales People and your incentives are Bull

Pay Workers for What they Value,We are Techs not sales ppl And Give Everyone a fair chance thats doesn't go on in your company Managers are Basically Holding Techs back from promotion and Hours,One Manager Told the team if its wasn't for them we wouldn't have any work We been complaining about him
