What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Training, and compassion for one another,and to operate in a way that creates a safe and friendly atmosphere.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really have no answer on this. Everyone is gossiping behind each other's back. Nobody is held accountable for harmful behavior. Management is absolutely terrible,and not qualified to be in their position.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Absolutely I feel undervalued. I'm a delivery driver, and I have legendary customer service skills and experience.i ha experience been in the same position for 3 years. I have never received a performance evaluation,or even offered a wage increase. I feel that what I bring to the table,is overlooked
What makes you most happy at work?
The end of the day, when I can finally go home and unpack and try to recover from the mental distress and harmful effects of employment in such a hostile work environment, and that none of these illegal issues are ever addressed,but a "band aid fix" is their solution to remedy any problems,big or sm
