Fair-low pay, excellent co-workers to work with, Management needs work, not really any support from Management or even a caring attitude, barely any reward for success, rude customers and the employees are meant to satisfy them no matter what, stressful environment and terrible communication.

Very relaxed and relatable conversation. Seemed funny and kind.

The Owner and the GM need work. The AM was awesome and always supportive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are funny, crazy, excited, goofy, and overall make the night so much fun. I love the team I had. I left with so many great friends and family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not appreciated for simply doing my job, most things turned around to be my fault even if they weren’t. Treated like a terrible employee even though I did more work than half the people ther
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The Management needs to be improved. There needs to be support and understanding instilled within the company. There needs to be meetings for management and shiftlead, to discuss what things are going wrong and how to fix them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The co-workers and friends that I made are the most positive, they would make terrible days back into better days. As far as people go who work at the Dominos, I would say with have a pretty diverse environment, as far as, race, age, and identification.
